YOUR ORDER:
Your order is an offer to buy the goods from us under these conditions. The email you receive after ordering is an automatically generated copy of your offer sent solely for your convenience and does not constitute our acceptance of it.

PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept most credit/debit cards including Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa. You may also pay using Paypal.
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£). If you are ordering from outside the UK, simply place your order in the normal way and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your local currency. Dispatch will not take place until payment is received in full.

PRICES:
Prices charged for goods will be those current at time of ordering. Goods which are offered on the web site at the regular price may also be offered at a discount as part of a time-limited offer. Gospelmusicshop Limited will make every effort to remove offers promptly so that old pages are not being offered to customers. Subject to the foregoing exceptions, the shopping basket will calculate the final price to be paid including any applicable discounts and shipping & handling before commitment to purchase is required.

We source products worldwide in order to provide benefits to our customers. As such products may be region sensitive. In order to ensure that products function on your player, we recommend that your player is Multi Region.

SHIPPING/HANDLING:
Every effort will be made to ship your order in the UK within 5 working days (10 - 15 working days for international customers) of the receipt of your order following payment by credit card. Please allow five days for clearance if paying by cheque. We will not be liable for any loss, direct or indirect or consequential arising from delay in delivery. In the event of goods being out of stock after an order has been placed and paid for, you will be advised by email, once your order is processed. You will then be given the option of back ordering, changing the item or cancelling.

RETURNS:
Gospelmusicshop Limited undertake to replace or credit customers for items which have failed due to genuine design faults or bad workmanship. Items that show damage through misuse will not be considered for replacement or credit. We remind customers to assess the condition of the product before applying for a replacement or credit.
Gospelmusicshop will not under any circumstances accept returned albums that have been unwrapped and played, unless genuinely faulty. Please note that we check and test every returned item and will refund or replace only if there is a genuine manufacturing fault. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
